    I dont think anyone is arguing that the area is not improving. I just do not think it is a good location for a super-urban, walkable highrise. If you're going to sacrifice living space, you need to be able to walk out of your building and be in the middle of a city.

    haha not a public city pool, but charge admissions, like pools in vegas. Houston needs more party pools.

    Yea, they're going to need to clean that area up before this happens. This looks cool, but the people in the first rendering would technically be walking from the greyhound station...

    I saw some kind of variance in front of the parking garage for 24 hour fitness this morning. It said something about removing excess parking spaces.
