That's very optimistic but I don't think so. Unless they land a non-energy tenant this one likely isn't happening until oil hits 80 or so consistently Even then, big energy tenants aren't going to get into this, they have their own campuses now.  I wonder if Downtown will see a lull in office building in the near future, which I don't really mind. Residential growth in downtown is much more interesting to me than anything else.

As a high school student in a restored historic building it was never really good enough, if this will help educate more students I'm all for it. 

Wouldn't be monumental, but not that it matters anymore, downtown will not  be seeing anymore office development for quite some time.

The hype for this tower in this current environment is incredible. Oil fell 50% not the 80s but everyone is rethinking everything. Everything.

I wouldn't hold my breath on this one even for 2017

I'm think waiting was to their benefit. No one wants an empty tower.

Don't get your hopes up on Q3 2015 start date. That is all I can say.
