  1. This is why we can't have nice smooth roads in Houston. Developers cut in to the street to tie their utilities to the city's but never repair it like it was, it's either dips or bumps. Surprised city inspectors let them get away with it.đź’µ Most developers will go back with asphalt instead of the original concrete.

My guess is that they didn't get the right size mats for it. The ones they had were for something the weight of a pick up truck. These are the type mats they need. I dispersed these all the times in the refinery I worked at in preparation of putting heavy equipment on them.
