Dont rents start off at 1700 i was reading somewhere. With the current market they better be prepared to adapt to a new pricing structure.

Masterpiece? Forget master piece this isnt even any sort of modern architecture. A building this hideous wouldnt be allowed in Miami, Chicago, etc. Its hideous!!!!
-
are you effin kidding me! Anyone who supports this building go look at it in person! It is the worst color combo ive seen in a LONG time. It straight up looks like a federal jail house
-
If this had another 15 storys itd make such a bugger difference. Stil looks amazing
-
yeah 17 more but remember it crowne part as well.

it saw the new hampton inn building
-
ive been saying all along how hideous this building is.

48 storys is final count.

So the construction is set at a year? That's interesting, though all construction projects, big or small, have set allocated times and rewards or fees for the amount of time used.
yes they only have a year, they rotate their workers in and out. They have it down to a nail. One floor every 4 days
-
was talking to one of the managers and he told me they only have one year from the skyhouse to get the entire thing built. If they take over a year then they get in trouble and have to pay, and whatever days they finish early they get a bonus. the industrial look inside makes it much easier for them to build and wished more people designed their high rises like that
