Seems like there needs to be new management. If the people that work there don't like what they do, it's easy find another job.

lol when i went at 4pm everyone was surrounding a colleagues computer and laughing it up. seemed strange and weird, didnt look like they cared much

the front staff were awful when I went to look for a showing last week. Made me wait around for extra time and rushed me through the process and wanted for me to sign on the spot. I left unhappy and just signed across at houston house. 

if they are seriously expecting to rent these at the prices they are asking for right now then jesus good luck! went to ask about a 1br and 2600 is way to much. was on a lower floor also, the higher floors are going for 3000k+ minimum for a 1br

this building wont really have a impact on the skyline will it?

i heard the owners of cooks and collins kicked them out

i live on bagby and gray and am so happy they are finally filling this!! great for midtown!
