I sure hope Brays bayou is next up after Buffalo. It wouldn't have to be on a major scale like buffalo, but at least get rid of the concrete and maybe make it more open park-like with a trail with less thrills than buffalo.

You don't realize how much space that shopping center with Starbucks and Sports Authority takes up. I get so curious to see what Houston will look like in 50+ years, and then I get sad knowing there's a chance I may not live to see it

The design is nice and I like it, I just can't stand beige on 99% of all buildings. A dark red brick would have been my preference. Still nice. Although, wish it was taller of course

Haha yeah looks like you got enough time on your hands up there to do your taxes. I'm 29 and am considering doing something totally different than what I'm doing now (work loss prevention retail). Work is SUPER laid. I make my own schedule and I'm basically not tied to being there I can leave anytime during the day. I visit several stores daily but of course the $ could be better. It's just hard to leave a job with so many "extras". Thanks for the feedback.

If it's any of the blocks in front of the Toyota Center (251, 276, 291) then that is huge (for me anyways lol). Block 251 would be on the dallas street retail corridor thingy and a block that I believed that was rumored here for a possible W or Ritz hotel site, so idk about that one. But who knows??
