    Any comments or opinions on Dessert Shoppe on 19th street ? What about Whats up Cupcake ? located corner of 14th street and Sheperd street empty lot ? It would be nice if the Heights had a great selection of ice cream,pies,cakes ,or homemade sweet desserts.

    Good Afernoon All, hope your week goes well ! So the neighborhood residents who pay for the taxes will not have access to the track nor tennis courts yet we can send our kids to Reagan ? I also noticed along Oxford NO PARKING SIGNS in front of the homes ??

    Good Afternoon All, Does anyone have any news if the track around the football field will be closed after school hours ? Also what about the tennis courts next to the student parking lot ? Wait is that going to be a basketball court ? I thought I over heard someone stating that the track and field would be closed to avoid pets damaging the turf ? thoughts ?

    Good Afternoon All, hope your day goes well ! Todays article in the newspaper talks about the growing East End. Will this area be the new Montrose or Heights ? Did the article today help speed up the development and housing contruction for this neighborhood ? How did the Heights or Montrose become a desired , expensive , or trendy neighborhood ? If so will the same process occur in the East End . .why or why not ?

    Good Afternoon , hope your week goes well ! Looks like there is demolition near the student parking lot where the ROTC use to practice. Is that part of Reagan High as well ? Any ideas,comments, or feedback what is going in that section ?

    Good Afternoon All Looks like more demolition next to the Reagan High student parking lot ? Any ideas what will be there ? Maybe more parking spots for students ? Also it does appear like a sports field is being built next to the school.

    Well there was also talk of a Neighborhood Wal Mart near Oak Forest \ Garden Oaks but that stopped also So I am assuming for Heights resident to shop at Wal Mart is 45 north or I-10 beltway ?

    Well I guess if they do build a Wal Mart at Northline that would increase more traffic near 290 and 610 area . Also might even be a Super Wal Mart with food , hair salon, bank , photo studio since the parking is not an issue ? What if they build a Neighborhood Wal Mart like the one near LongPoint ?

    Well there is a Wal Mart near the Eastside already which is on 45 South exit Monroe . The reason I am not a big fan if Wal Mart near by to the Heights is maybe just maybe do you think this would effect the local stores C & D , ACE , Buchanons, 19th street , local pet and feed stores etc . . .

    Does anyone think that Wal Mart investors may try to capitalize in the inner loop as well since Target already made an investment inside the loop ? Just curious . . not a big fan of Wal Mart.

    Might this be to ease the overflow on the weekends at The Breakfast Club ? Also I think there is talk of another Sno Cone/Ice Cream stand on North Main closer to 610 I always see crowds of people on North Main and 14th sno cone stand. And I-10 near Shep Puerto Rican restaurant

    Good Afternoon All, hope your day goes well ! The menu to Thai Spice looks very affordable by anychance is there talk of more restaurants in the Heights ? What about the Glass Wall on 11th Street is that going to happen ? What about another family owned coffee shop ? Thank You

Also out of curiosity did Reagan High just get a make over or did the school expand onto 13 1/2 ? Just wondering why the development for that school ? thank you "make it a great day"
