    I'm sure they thought about that. But the combo of the pool amenity and the view over discovery is worth it.

    Nice. Hopefully this spurs more and more development in the next few years. I'm not sure but is the Chapter 380 initiative similar to this but for East Downtown (as in EADO)? If so, why don't they pub it more? I'm sure there are developers waiting to start projects in EADO but would like the same benefits downtown gets.
