    something just be up with this!! i think is too much work already done and to be done not to built the tower but then again there's a first or second time for everything.

    its delayed due to the hotel construction by the new time frame that has been given the trailers should move out.

    i go to nyc often and is not pretty their affordable housing and when my friends came here for the first time from nyc said wow.. this is paradise compare to the projects up there.

    agree and disagree but downtown is always going to be more expensive and that's pretty much any downtown in any major city but ours is one of the cheaper ones in my opinion yet there are other projects that are on developing stages that is more affordable.

    really doubt we will see anything as tall as chase tower the only thing on life support is the chevron tower as the next possible super tall

    not a bad spot if it happens specially one block away from that future residential/whole foods concept at the former social security office location.

    not really it might seem that way, during the days that it rained there was no activity but the top portion has been moving along some what. i pass through there on a daily basis for work when i get a chance i'll take a picture from the top

    urbannizer are you on top of the hampton? if so do you know how many more floors to top out?

    I doubt it would be a solid wall since there will be a bridge that connects to the convention center.

    man i wonder how the lot lake area is if what i see is way out of its banks i am sure the lost lake area with that restaurant went under

    it would be cool if maybe they can incorporate a few of the ideas from like 10 years ago when they started looking into developing for example towards the end of the theather district close to buffalo bayou they were thinking of " festival place" where festivals of all kinds could happen i believe it is within the vicinity of the post office, sorry a bit of topic thanks for the info.
