GreenStreet: Mixed-Use Development At 1201 Fannin St.

I don't. Houston doesn't need a supernal right now. supply is soon going to hit demand, if it hasn't already. Building a supertall wouldn't help the city in any way. Look at what happened the last time we overbuilt. I think some of the developments being built in Dallas are really amazing for their city, but it should not, for any reason, influence whats being built down here in Houston.

It definitely is, but I've got family at 2727 Kirby, and a tower there would ruin the view, so I'm hoping it doesn't get built up during this boom.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it's Hotel Alessandra, not Alessandria -

It's been just over a year since the "official"ground breaking, and the building is still at groundlevel? Disappointing.

Hey Mark! Welcome to HAIF. As of right now, this is the most detailed map: http://media.culturemap.com/crop/b4/5a/600x450/Houston-Dallas-bullet-train-routes-under-evaluation_123304.jpg Of course, we will later have maps with greater detail, as the project progresses.

Realize that this is only office space. I'm positive that we have over 24 Million square feet currently under construction, If you include residential space as well. Edit: Just realized that we have a bunch of hotels as well. Do those count as residential?
