New signage for "Bella Heights". Nan & Co Properties is selling/developing them, has them on their website but the "Bella-Heights.com" doesn't exist yet.

Is that supposed to be a car bumper in the middle of the road in the first render? Pretty accurate for how people drive down Yale so kudos to the artists for that one.

Putting the dog park in the center is an interesting idea...would hate to have a unit on the inside.

Ok but that's actually really well-done

Ok! You get the gold star on the internet! You were right! Your "told ya so" internet persona is much less likeable BUT you were right! 🤣
And I guess I shouldn't be surprised by the Yankees, considering all the other perversions in this day and age that are now considered "normal!"
Curious what these other perversions are

"An invasion into our property" Jeeeeeeeeeeeeeezus. If this project does ever move forward, it won't be because of local media's help in its reporting.

Gonna ask a couple of dumb questions but here goes:
- How do they make sure the roots don't break into the ceiling above?
- How do they make sure the roots are strong enough that these plants won't get uprooted and blown off in a big storm/hurricane?

In the portion pertaining to Auden, Eater Houston wrote this:
The 150-seat restaurant is a labor of love...and will feature floor-to-ceiling windows with prime views of Buffalo Bayou Park.
Auden is located in Hanover Parkview on the ground level. Where it's situated, the restaurant won't have prime views of Buffalo Bayou Park.
Here is the map of the Autry Park mixed use development. It shows where Auden is located.
Maybe there's a picture of the park on a wall inside the restaurant

The latest opening for Pastore is this summer. According to Eater yesterday, the red-sauce Italian restaurant concept from Underbelly Hospitality aims to open in June.
Pastore is located in Regent Square at 1203 Dunlavy St, Suite 100.

What project is this for?
I'm not sure, but I thought I saw someone mention it was a bike lane. I could be wrong though, but maybe it was to replace or move the existing bike lane on the Post Oak bridge over I-10 after the BRT line was added.

The first segment of the bridge over I-10 near the Northwest Transit Center has been installed.

Couple feet or so

The WalkingHouston Instagram account is cool and it's drawing more eyes to Houston's growing design, but they're definitely monetizing the power of HAIF which is less cool.
