    we absolutely concur gene! many of us have been awaiting new updates as per "blvd place" for quite some time now. how far along are they with prospective tenant leases? do they have a finalization of prospective tenants, or are they still searching? what about tenants like "hermes" are they staying or are they moving to "river oaks district" as previously publicized? what in the heck is going on as per the prospective "ritz carlton"? are they in talks with another prospective hotel chain? yes gene, we definitely concur. this property is just too high profile as well cutting edge..... not to have more direct news / updates available. keep up the good fight our pal.... we are definitely backing you upon this venture. monarch

    this once proud block... and yet "high octane" foley's / macy's stronghold. has now officially become "the phantom menace" as per downtown houston. simply weird...

    opening the grb to panoramic views of downtown houston, shall be a state of the art... and yet novel approach. the new hotel on top of the garage / tower shall be the official icing upon the cake. this new concept as per the grb... shall catapult downtown houston into the tourism stratosphere. oh boy, it's on!

    This edifice is almost too gorgeous to be placed in Montrose . Urbannizer, are we sure? This beauty shall totally reshape the ambiance of the entire area. No way!

    ...perfect planning thus far. but what about retail? downtown desperately needs stores for patrons to shop, isn't this the primary purpose for building this mall in the first place? also, the "hotel" aspect is fabulous. with this addition, the center can not help but become successful.
