Does anyone know what is going on with 3 Allen Center? I saw a mock up in front with white and light grey cladding. Is that for just the lower levels or are they going to re-clad the whole building.

I believe this is the block where the 24 hour fitness is supposed to be on the top two floors.

The area is now fenced off, and it looks like demolition should begin soon. I also noticed some signs regarding a public hearing, but I drove by too fast to notice a date.
