    Happy if able to shop among the crowds or not wait for hours to eat at the restaurants..........Terrified by the window shoppers that are looking for just a place to stroll.

    I would like to see some entertainment options to make it more of a 24 hour area. I think a bowling alley, live theater venue and others entertainment choices should come next.

    Did not realize how close to downtown this block was. It will be much used by the growing residential population downtown and midtown areas.

    When is phase 2 starting? I thought it was to be later this year.

    If a spring groundbreaking does not take place and it is a hot summer july without any action on the site. I will then assume it might not happen. However i feel like it will, according to the responses on the facebook page.

    By making Adventure Pointe more than a place with rides, but also a place with nightlife is a brilliant plan. Can't wait till next spring groundbreaking! Thanks for the link Mab. Great article.

    I am really liking the layout of this development. Once entering it looks like you can pay to enter the park to the left or go to the right and eat,sleep, shop,people watch or or be entertained for a non-admission fee. I imagine this will be a big gathering destination........especially with tanger entrance across from adventure pointe's entrance.. Nice!

    oK! I guess the word expansion had me hoping that it would expand across the street by tearing down that garage and making it a larger destination. Thanks for the clarification LTAWACS.

    Is the lastest pic of construction taking place on site of the River Oaks District? If so i did not realize it had begun............I been out of state.

    Playland Park now has a new name and updated renderings.as Adventure Pointe opening mid 2015. I say the more development down I-45 the merrier. With a growing population and growing tourism market, it is only a win-win!
