Vastu sastra, also called the science of space and time, is the science which reveals the connection between humans and their surroundings. Vastu has influenced many cultures. Both Vastu and fengshui are based on the idea that the outer environment affects our lives. The Taj Mahal is a world famous monument built on Vastu principles. "The true measure of success is a happy, healthy, well-adjusted child that is able to deal effectively for life's challenges" Course Highlights • Develop leadership skills which enable youth to become positive role models for their peers • Increase mental clarity, focus and concentration • Release negative emotional and behavioral patterns • Retain emotional balance in frustrating situations. • Discover their unique gifts and talents Skills learned • Physical: Stretching, Yoga • Specific breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, meditation • Social: Problem solving skills, development of social skills, leadership training, games, group dynamics, creative projects and service projects 1.Children need to wear loose comfortable clothing that they can stretch and play. 2.
