Noticed some permitting activity lately. Called someone related to the project and they confirmed the London Square Townhomes will be demolished. The owner/developer is Endeavor Real Estate Group out of Austin. They're website does not have any Houston properties listed. Hopefully they enter the market with a splash! https://www.endeavor-re.com/ DMRE's old property flier. I've noticed DMRE's properties usually have a high chance of fast redevelopment. Waste water and sewer disconnect permits. Demolition should come next!

There are still a bunch of the "No Dian Street Villas" throughout the neighborhood. I talked with person that lives in the neighborhood and he said it was due to the small narrow streets and probably because it's low income housing. He works for the largest funeral home service in the U.S. and mentioned that the company has future plans for the old KHOU property. High rise with mixed use, offices and housing. They will stay in the current building while it gets built but he had no timeline for the future build.

I wonder if this hole will be the elevator core?

The industrial coatings building was finally torn down, they missed out on a great opportunity to sell to Domain Heights while they had a chance. This site is huge.

They have made a lot of progress since my last visit on July 1st.

I went by this but nothing has changed, it's just an empty field with a swamp in the northeast corner.

I really like how this building helps balance our skyline a bit more.

Permits issued for several pieces of buildout including the lobby and 47k banquet hall/conference space

Taken from the Hirsch bridge yesterday. Quite a lot of activity where the golf course is going in. Also appears that they're making progress on the bar & grill.
