  2. If they put a one story building there that will be ridiculous. There is enough room there for atleast a midrise. A high rise if its done properly.

  3. I believe That space was left specifically for the purpose of residential development, in accordance with the downtown vision or master plan... You can see it on some of the master plan renderings. I believe That space was left specifically for the purpose of residential development, in accordance with the GRB Master Plan, and in earlier master plans as well. The GRB Master plan shows a building that appears to be about 7 stories.

  4. i think it's pretty clear that yellow indicates retail and i agree w fatesdisatr that it really is a tiny strip of land; don't think anything else would really be feasible. it'd be nice if it went 2-3 stories up and had a rooftop restaurant/bar, though... seems like a good location for something like that.

  6. Sorry I've taken so long with another update shot, and sorry about the quality because of the rain, but here's the site as of 2 minutes ago: They've finished the underground parking and are well into the construction of the first story.
