  1. Dallas' Victory teaches us that it is possible for a development to have retail, a stadium, high-end hotels, expensive architectural finishes, high operating costs, and still be bland.

  2. Just passed by, there are workers on site and appear to be taking out some of the trees on the lot. Concrete has been dug up in some portions and there are some big piles of sand. I'm not sure if it is related but in the parking lot across the street near the ATT building there is all sorts of metal part. Regardless the prep work on this building seems to have started.

  3. I just flew back into Houston for a week-long visit with the 'rents and it is amazing how many cranes dot the skyline here in The Woodlands. Between Anadarko, Waterway 3 and Exxon, there are at least 20 cranes in the air. It's VERY impressive. I can only imagine what people driving in from out of town on I45 must think when they pass through.

  4. Reading posts in this thread has started to become the online equivalent of sitting in a traffic jam. It's just as exciting. But eventually, traffic will start moving again and we will arrive at our destination.

  6. Managed to take a photo of the lot with a bit of perspective of what the intersection is like (sorta) , along with a greenway skyline. Enjoy.
