Looking at this shot and thinking how the upcoming RO and McNair developments (assuming McNair happens over there on Post Oak) will bridge the gap between skylines from this view, not that there's much of one to begin with. And to think, this shot doesn't include our largest or 3rd largest skyline. Houston is so damn impressive.
With the new proposal for lower Westheimer to go from 4 lanes down to 3- designated bike lanes seem unlikely.
I remember, District C had a list of things that could be done low cost and relatively quickly inside district ..... Bike lane designation painting on Taft, was on that list--painting 15 yards north of intersection.
That seems to jive with the new signage.
Or a chase scene like the Blues Brothers. Of course that particular mall sat abandoned for over 30 years before finally being demolished about 10 years ago.
Add West Oaks to that list. With the theatre closing, there's literally nothing there except the Fortis School.
I didn’t think much of this place until I heard that their goal is to provide healthy Meals at affordable prices so I looked up their menu and oh boy they weren’t playing about affordable prices. $3.24 breakfast burritos, $6.24 Salads—both with protein. $1.24 24oz iceed coffees and teas. I’ll definitely be checking them out.
