Join us on May 31 for a Storm Water Inlet Marking (SWIM) event at the Lakewood Oaks Estates community center, located at 13531 Cahill Drive in Cypress.
The SWIM public education program was designed to raise awareness of water quality issues in Harris County. HCWPG provides volunteers with storm drain markers bearing the "Clean Water Clear Choice" logo and a message stating "No Dumping, Flows to Galveston Bay." Individuals or teams may place markers on storm water inlets throughout the Lakewood Oaks Estates subdivision.
