BARC is gearing up for its Second Annual Bow Wow Meow Luau mega adoption event where more than 80 dogs, puppies, cats and kittens will be available for adoption.The event will take place on Saturday, June 29, 2013 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Houston's CITYCENTRE located at 822 Town and Country Boulevard, Houston 77024 directly under Studio Movie Grill.
