Are you just itching to prepster that collar and tie on a pastel sweater? Ready to style your off-the-shoulder sweats, leggings and headband? Or, dig out your Richard Simmons-style short shorts (or not, we don't mind if you leave them at home). Think big hair, big jewelry, extreme mullets and neon parachute pants.
