The Art of Living Workshop in Houston.
The Art of Living Course teaches you practical tools to better handle the
stresses of daily life. Stress increases when our capacity to handle our
output is less than our input (of energy). Negative emotions - anger,
regret, sadness, anxiety and fear - eat up our energy and time putting an
unnecessary burden on our efforts.
Key Features of The Workshop:
• Learn Sudarshan Kriya: immensely powerful, it incorporates specific
natural rhythms of breath to release stress and purify the entire system
by releasing toxins at the deepest cellular level.
• Practical wisdom to improve relationships at home and at work
• Tools to handle your mind and negative emotions
• Guided meditation and breathing techniques that increase energy and
deeply relax the body and mind.
• Stretching and gentle yoga for health, circulation, and body stillness
Here's what the Art of Living Workshop can do for you:
• Reduce levels of stress, anxiety and depression
• Increase your self confidence, creativity and focus
• Increase health, well-being and peace of mind
• You can be at ease with yourself and with everyone around you
• Experience a new depth in life and spirituality
The workshop has been taught to millions of people in over 140 countries.
