About Meru Chikitsa:

Meru Chikitsa is an ancientAyurvedic treatment. It is a complete system of healing, incorporatingmechanical, psychological, bio-force, biochemical and nervous aspects of thespine. The term "Meru Chikitsa" is a Sanskrit word which means"Spinal Therapy".

The technique utilizes spinal manipulation, breathing and gentle pressure /massage to balance nerve impulses, blood and other body fluid currents torestore harmony of the body. It has also been reported to enhance and bringbalance for the spine to restore more "Prana" and tofacilitate longer periods of Meditation.

Who can benefit?

Everyone! Everyone's Prana needs an increase for healthy living!

Headaches, leg pain, sciatica, carpal tunnel, shoulderproblems, digestive problems, leg and anklepains, depression, low energy can all be helped.
