You can climb amazing peaks in parks or just take advantage of one of Houston's indoor rock gyms, Either way, you'll be enjoying an excellent total body workout, as well as a great stress reliever. You don't have to have a great deal of strength, endurance, or skill to learn the sport. And sorry guys, but women often totally excel at this sport.
