There are two comments.

Was in high school in 1962 when we learned Houston had been chosen as a city to have a new Federal Courthouse constructed. Everyone was so excited about it until they started construction... ugh... it was so ugly we couldn't believe it... was it possible this really was the Federal Courthouse... a glorified box dotted with squares... what a total disappointment... I would have not starred it at all... 0... zip... zero.. nada.. but that was not an option thus the "1 Star". What a slap in the architectural face of Houston!!!

How can this ugly box NOT be included in the bottom ten? In having his name associated with this box, "Mighty Casey has struck out!"ear it down!
