Yet another drab and unpleasant building from architects who had no understanding of their craft. Concrete brutalism might be suitable for a sun-scorched desert, where its shadows and cool rough surfaces provide relief from the arid heat, but is totally unsuitable for rainy, humid, overcast Houston.
