Your Thoughts

There are four comments.

Architectural form and function rarely come together so well. The simplicity of the exterior design honestly reflects the simplicity and functionality of the interior floor plans. We were drawn to the building by its simple, honest appearance, and have greatly enjoyed each day we get to spend in it. The views and muffled sounds of a great city are wonderfully restful.

An utter failure from an aesthetic standpoint, IMO. I guess such a misstep might be expected from some rogue architect, but I can't believe that any competent sales/marketing person would ever sign off on this project.

My first impressions were that this buidling is plain and that I would hate to live there because of lack of windows. But in reality, the building in facing an unfavorable side. Not many people see it's beauty, because the front of the building is blocked by other towers in the galleria area. Also, the floor plans are great. only two condos per floor and the windows are HUGE! They originally planned to build two identical towers, but due to poor sales, they might not go through with it. :(

To say that this building looks like the addition to a grain tower is insulting the average grain tower.
