State National BuildingFormerly: | State National Bank Building | A quirky little building, State National Bank would be unremarkable if it still had any neighbors. But they have long been replaced by surface parking lots, leaving this relic from the Market Square's heyday standing alone. The building's red-roofed penthouse occasionally makes cameo appearances in different parts of the city's skyline. Sometimes it will peek out over the Texaco Building. Other times it will appear to be part of JPMorgan Chase Building. Because of the way it is set back, the penthouse disappears as you draw closer, making it difficult to track down. In addition to the red penthouse, look for pink granite. It was used in the building's base. Quick Facts
