About Me

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio I've been living in Houston since 2000. In 2004 friend had worked a master's project at Rice on real estate development and his research showed that the Washington Avenue corridor was the next up-and-coming area of Houston. But at the time it was still priced at the lowest per sq. ft. for condo/town homes between Memorial Park and Midtown north of Upper Kirby. So I ended up with a Parra Design home just north of Wash. Ave. I enjoy the easy access to I-10 and Memorial Park. I look forward to the continued development of the area.
