I think it has to do with the constant car traffic blocking the streets. That is why I tend to stay away from it. The cars take up one lane of Spring St. forcing eastbound drivers to drive in the westbound lanes. This has forced many franchises to remodel their stores configuration in many cities. One store was forced to fix the problem by a city due to all the congestion it created. So CFA has redesigned some of their stores to accommodate the traffic.
