I love Houston and when people ask me why I would never consider ever living anywhere else, I can squarely point to this single event. An unprecedented amount of water falling on our city, people losing everything, and those same people choosing to help others rather than flee. This town is inspiring. Maybe use this place to post up pictures and stories, not only of the devastation, but of the awesomeness you've all seen, and since we are a community here, please post up to let others know you're safe.
