HILLWOOD Airways Earns Coveted Part 121 Air Carrier Certification Airport Location The airline certification is part of a strategic growth initiative by Hillwood to enhance the multi-modal global transportation capabilities of its 18,000-acre AllianceTexas Development in Fort Worth, Texas. In recognition of its total commitment to safety, Hillwood Airways became only the second airline to meet the FAA's stringent Part 5 Safety Management Systems for Air Carriers rule during initial certification. From its base at the Fort Worth Alliance Airport, Hillwood Airways offers a superior, luxury domestic and international travel option to high-end corporate clients, sports teams, governments, entertainment and other special interest groups using its uniquely capable Boeing airliner. The first aircraft to be operated by the airline, a Next-Generation Boeing 737-700C series airliner, exhibits advanced performance and operational efficiency while offering two distinct interior configurations: 36 all-leather VIP seats, including 8 convert-to-lay-down-beds; and a higher-density version utilizing up to 94 all-leather VIP seats.
