skooljunkie Posted July 6, 2017 Share Posted July 6, 2017 I spotted this sign in Cottage Grove advertising a new office building between Radcliffe and T.C. Jester along I-10. The lot was cleared a while back. I couldn't find a posting on this, but I also didn't look too long. The sign must have gone up recently. It wasn't in the February street view. The actual building going up is a much less impressive owner occupied two story building. this is the Loopnet listing: http://www.loopnet.com/Listing/20229507/5424-Katy-Fwy-Houston-TX/ I'd hate to know what the guys that said that the 15 story rendering was boring, think about the actual building... I'm surprised they reached back as far as they did for the sign's picture. That's actually the Baylor Clinic on Main Street across from the O'Quinn Towers. It even has the skybridge in the rendering.
