The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts office has declared this year’s Emergency Preparation Supplies Sales Tax Holiday will run from 12:01 a.m. on April 22 to midnight on April 24. Although there is no limit on the number of items Texas residents can buy during this time frame, there are some restrictions on qualifying items.
