Gilbane supplied development administration duties for the building of this new eight-story, 670,000-square-foot luxury community. Common area amenities will include: 570 parking spaces eighth-floor amenity deck pool bar cabanas catering kitchen sitting areas dog park fitness center bicycle maintenance and storage leasing center walk-up apartments landscaped interior courtyard The building is adjacent to the Memorial City Mall which features several dining and shopping opportunities. The property offers easy access to Katy Freeway, Interstate 10 and Sam Houston Tollway.
