Drink and a Smoke? Inside??

So, title is somewhat descriptive, but just in case..

 

Girlfriend is finishing with her college semester this Friday. She wants to celebrate with some sparkly wine, and she enjoys a cigarette with it. She doesn't want to sit outside because it's going to be cold.

 

 

I am wondering, is there some place maybe in Bellaire? I don't think they have an indoor smoking ordinance, but the real curveball is she wants somewhere that is more on the classy side of things (wine bar, low key kind of place, 13 Celsius type of vibe). 

 

I'm really thinking our best bet is going to be sitting on the patio at 13, or Boheme...
