Vishen Posted October 27, 2016 Share Posted October 27, 2016 I know that we all live busy lifestyles here, but it's always a good thing to try to incorporate a bit of physical (and mental) exercise into your daily routines. Cookiie Posted November 2, 2016 Share Posted November 2, 2016 I spend long hours sitting in front of the computer, and so it's even more important for me to exercise or at least move around regularly in order to counteract the side-effects of sitting too long.
