editor
There are tens of thousands of people from Louisiana, and maybe even other Gulf states in Houston for the next couple of months, and they're going to need a crash course in living in the Bayou City.Use this section to post information and links that will help them out. Whenever possible, post the actual text instead of the link as links become outdated or overwhelmed. This is the least we can do for so many people who need our help.
