The building will be served by a structured parking garage, urban drive court arrival, as well as a street-side terrace and lanscaped area. Amenities will include a lounge cafe and fitness center. Urbannizer Posted April 23, 2016 Author Share Posted April 23, 2016 Lokcton Place starts in Westchase Houston-based Triten Real Estate Partners broke ground on Lockton Place, an eight-story office building in Westchase named for its main tenant. Lockton, a global insurance brokerage based in Kansas City, has leased 120,000 square feet on five floors of the 187,000- square-foot building. It will relocate from San Felipe Plaza in the Galleria area. Triten Real Estate Partners and its Triten IAG (International Alliance Group) affiliate will occupy a floor, leaving a portion of the first floor and the entire second floor available for lease. Triten IAG, which handles engineering projects for refineries and chemical plants, is also part of Triten Corp. Arnoldy said the Triten team was inspired by the rise in co-working companies, especially WeWork, that provide beer taps and other alcoholic beverages in the workplace. "It brings people together at the end of the day," Arnoldy said, adding that Triten is still in the process of working with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission on securing liquor licenses.
