It is a separate project that appears to be ready to go but the COH GIMS website which has estimated construction start dates for it keeps moving it back every 3 months for the past year. After all, the MacArthur Maze connector in Oakland was rebuilt and reopened less than a month after it collapsed in a pretty spectacular tanker fire.
