Gray + Houston: Residential High-Rise On Grey St.

This project here is listed as "Gray + Houston". I don't have enough to know if it's for Houston or not. GDA is a Dallas-based architect, behind the design for Chelsea-Montrose and Crest at Fondren.

Is there any property on west gray that could be available? There is a project listed on that site "5th + West" and 5th seems like a street to me. So the same pattern could apply to this?

5th + West is proposed for Austin at the corner of W 5th St. and West Avenue.

I looked for the same pattern but, W Gray/Gray does not intersect with a street named Houston..right? Dallas does not have a street named Gray.

I see. I wonder if there could be another city with that intersection. Or maybe they left it vague on purpose. We shall see

Could it actually be for Houston?

Listed currently as "on the boards" on their website, same as Chelsea Montrose.

Judging the the number on the picture, 1515 Gray St. corresponds with what appears to be, based on google maps, like 2 adjacent empty lots at the edge of Midtown, right by the St. Joseph's hospital in Downtown. While not the absolute greatest location in Houston, it does not seem unreasonable that a residential high rise would be built there.

Would anyone with better sources have a clue? I am unsure if there is something currently going on in either one of those lots.

I'm confused because when you look at all of the images that go along with this info from urbannizer are clearly in Austin. Did I miss how someone took the leap to Houston.

All I saw on the side of the building is fifth West which is in the area where all of the new high rises have been going up in Austin.
