Triton
Nothing too fancy. Multi-family complex with 120 units. More suburban than urban. houstontexasjack
This would be a good 'throwback Thursday' structure. There aren't a great many of this style (with parking surrounding the structure) going up inside the loop anymore.
Avossos
Where is this?! It looks like an awesome waste of space.
Ross
Where is this?! It looks like an awesome waste of space. It's on 11th, West of TC Jester. Sort of an awkward property that is either in, or on the edge of, the flood plain.
BigFootsSocks
Is this going in where those old apartment buildings were getting demolished?

mollusk
That is a low lying area. Looking at the renderings, it appears that there are ramps and steps to the building entrances, and what sorta look like basement windows that I'll bet are really associated with some under building detention. On to the Next One
Yea, they are tearing down those old apartments. I'm pretty sure they designed it that way due to floodplain issues. This company is my favorite developer right now. They are buying all the crappy apartments in my area and building new apartments. But their designs leave something to be desired.
