The first two floors look like rusticated stone/concrete, but there is zero detailing. When will they learn that it's actually cheaper (in terms of costs) to actually go with a more modern/contemporary look instead of this junk! Having to spend money on stone takes away money that can be spent in other places including finer finishes if they went to a more modern/contemporary look.
