swtsig
I actually really like the freeway presence of this, especially w a similar structure across the freeway in Chelsea tower. Doubt the neighbors are amped but if I recall correctly there's already a few commercial structures there anyways.
LarryDierker
According to the HBJ, this was supposed to break ground in July. In August their facebook reported 1/3 of the units were under contract.Has anybody noticed construction? I'll try to go by if I wake up early enough for my Sunday drive. Avossos
When this goes up, the skyline presence will be almost solid on 59 from uptown to downtown. Audi dealership, this, museum tower (new one and old one) and that bridge crossing office. Honestly will make Houston feel like a solid mass or urban. toxtethogrady
Hmm, 15-9 = 6 sold. They've got 40% presales. But I do like the marketing bullsh... "Only 9 left!"

SkylineView
$500 / sq ft to overlook the freeway?! ... OH- you really shouldn't have.
Ross
Not impressed with the floor plan on the website. Kitchen has 36 inch appliances, layout seems awkward, and the only apparent exit to a fire escape is through the utility room at the front of the unit. Plus, the top of the site talks about mid rise, while the features list says high rise. I wonder how onerous the monthly condo fee will be. Of course, there are lots of pretty clueless people with money to buy this sort of thing, the ones who always think that everything works, nothing breaks down, and the world just moves ahead as they expect.
