UtterlyUrban
Wood framed balconies 50' in the air scare me. Actually, they don't scare me now but rather 10 years from now if there is any kind of moisture intrusion.

bobruss
I drove by this project today and I'm afraid that this is probably one of the cheapest looking projects inside the loop. The construction looks like they're using really cheap materials and the colors they've chosen are terrible. I'm really disappointed. Looks like apartments going up in the suburbs. The building will have scaffolding around it within two years due to poor installation of stucco and cheap materials.
mollusk
EIFS over five floors of wood frame construction. What could possibly go wrong? Hopefully nobody living there ever forgets about a lit cigarette or something on the stove before the landowner decides that this cracker box's design life has expired and knocks it down.

Alec
The top-floor outdoor areas look awesome. I particularly like the "ceilings" of crossbeams; those will look great at dusk.

bobruss
It doesn't compare to the San Jacinto project across the street. The quality of materials and overall design gives it the edge hands down.

I'm happy about the infill, but am not a big fan of this one.
