Avossos
I don't have much information on this other than: 1. Lawyer Tyler Flood is building a 3 story law office with retail space on the first floor at the triangle of Union, Henderson, and Washington Ave. 2. He will have head in parking - grate floor, allowing grass to grow in between to resemble park. 3. OSW signage *My thoughts is this is a good development. It will take up an ugly and awkward lot that otherwise would have been left vacant. Hope to see this get started soon.

HeightsPeep
Does not look like they are building anything yet. Have they started?
BigFootsSocks
I know there's already a thread for this, but it looks like there was a redesign from what I can remember. Also I tried to find the thread but I couldn't. I drove by the site this morning and finally noticed the new sign for a Variance Request.
BigFootsSocks
Looking through this, I really like the concept. It has those neat grass pavers for parking spots (gonna be crushed in a year tho) and an awesome spot for an Art Piece or B-cycle station at the eastern end. Also it's not a parking lot anymore so, you know. Neat.
Triton
The sign has been there for several weeks now. This property has had so many tries. Hopefully this is the final oneone.

Which might come in handy for Mr. Flood's clientele. Sounds like a win-win scenario all around.
Urbannizer
You'll see this one on the next planning commission, it was deferred again. Neighborhood concerns are holding it back. It was actually approved in 2014 with a retail component.
Avossos
Retail component is out. Neighborhood concern is parking and ROW

InTheLoopFromNYC
Is this dead? Can't stand Tyler Flood, or anything he represents, but the building could be an interesting addition/improvement for the east end of Washington Ave.

j_cuevas713
This might be one of the best developments of it's size that I've seen in a while. Incorporating that entire strip as a pedestrian area is brilliant. You would almost guess a developer would make it parking.
mkultra25
Very nice job repurposing the old Lee Wright Automobiles sign with the new business name. The old sign is visible here: https://www.google.com/maps/place/2019+Washington+Ave,+Houston,+TX+77007/@29.7679686,-95.3792785,3a,75y,230.12h,90.36t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sp1raBfAIVUOraYSa6_iyIg!2e0!7i13312!8i6656!4m5!3m4!1s0x8640bf4c120dec59:0x384f4e632a99ab70!8m2!3d29.7677847!4d-95.37894

Unlike you, I don’t judge people that I don’t know and that I have never met. I stand for the Constitution and I stand for protecting your civil liberties that our founding fathers established and that your military fights to protect for you. I also stand for keeping the government in check and I stand for keeping police officers honest. I don’t know what you stand for. Stop by sometime and say hello. You will be enlightened. Tyler.
