I quoted Hinedesky's photos from 2015 that show the ground as dirt at grade when the tower crane was installed.

The southeast side photo that Hinedesky posted 2/26 show the entrance to the garage and 2 concrete levels of the garage.  I suspect that it will get a facade simliar to the north side that will hide it really well.  Also, I think the north side is going to have a large lobby area or GFR

This one really turned out nice. Hopefully he gets lots of neighbors the next Cycle.

We added 6 new residential buildings to HH.

Would be great if we doubled the current number by adding 7 more next cycle.

Fill up those lots on Main and Bell. That's 3 surface lots.

They did soil testing for the one on main and Jefferson two years ago.

Hopefully the two Camden lots get started soon.

And still dreaming of a Days Inn implosion and rebuild to residential.

Throw in that park they been talking about southern downtown will have new life.

What is HH?  (Never mind.  Just figured out you are referring to Houston House.)

I did a walk around on the first floor.  There are what look like the world's smallest retail spots all along San Jacinto - about 4 of them, with about 200 sq ft inside and a spiral staircase.  Each one had it's own unit number too on the outside.
