If you aren't familiar with Bentsen's work, he designed many well known buildings in Houston and other cities in Texas. He designed the Summit, which is now Lakewood Church, the main campus at UT Pan Am, Hoffman and Agnes Arnold Halls and a major addition to the M.D. Anderson Library at the University of Houston. He mainly focused on commercial and institutional buildings, but designed a house for himself and his brother Lloyd Jr. in Houston, and houses for his brother Don and sister Betty in McAllen.

Here are a few more examples.
