Its seems every other area does well with nightlife/restaurants (Washington,Montrose,Heights) even downtown is picking up a bit. What am I missing about Midtown? bookey23 Posted May 9, 2023 Share Posted May 9, 2023 Seems to me like the bulk of midtown isn't getting the population infill that they're hoping for. There are pockets that do well, like the Woodrow's/Dogwood/Wonder Bar area, but the lion's share of midtown is dead and a little seedy. Not sure how that's going to change anytime soon, since I don't know of any more apartments being built. Maybe the proposed changes to the streetscapes will attract more people? As for Daley's social media, there is an Instagram. It seems the Instagram account was previously Brass Tap's Houston location. My assumption is based on the amount of followers, yet there are no posts. It's likely all previous posts were removed prior to changing the name of the account to Daley. Daley opens soon in the Mid Main development. They haven't played here in a couple years and have moved to Lil' Danny's Speedo's Go Fly a Kite Lounge for a while.
